What's Available for Children?
Sunday SchoolThere are classes for three-year-olds through high school age. We run this program from 9:15-10:00 a.m. A nursery is included for children of nursery age as well.Jr. ChurchDuring the main church service, we have a children's church for ages 3 - jr. high school. Our younger children's church (age 3 - 1st grade) is a full hour. The programs for grades 2-8 are for the second half of the church service and will be dismissed by the pastor at the appropriate time.AwanaAwana is an international children's program offered by a partnership between Countryside Bible Church and Immanuel Baptist Church. The Awana name comes from 2 Timothy 2:15: "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed." Awana meets at Immanuel on Wednesday evenings during the school year. This group is for K-8th grade youth.Vacation Bible SchoolWe have a week of Bible School in the summer each year. This is a great time, filled with Bible teaching, games, activities, and fun! VBS is available to youth age 3 - 6th grade.
